Standard pension backed Department's Poor Service

I am highly disappointed with the Department of Pension Backed Loans under Standard bank! I Have applied for the loan back in July already and have since never gotten any response! When I call the department I have been told FOUR times different statements regarding my application! At times my company owes them some monies and my application has been put on hold because of this. The other times the agents have not received my application and at times the agents will just hang up on me! I am highly disappointed at their level of service as I have sent through countless emails with my application forms and get told different stories when I call to enquire about my application! The service is ridiculous to say the least. I have called my company's HR lady who deals specifically with this loans and she has time and again assured me that OUR COMPANY DOES NOT OWE ANY MONIES TO STANDARD BANK! If Standard bank does not give out this service any longer please inform us of this so we stop irritating your agents with our calls, as this is the impression I am getting! Agents are rude and cold and very uninformative regarding our applications.! Standard bank please sort this out!
