I CALLED 08610117859 AND SELECTED OPTION FOR NEW MEMBERS ON THE 2 JULY TWO TIMES BUT THE CALL CENTRE AGENT ANSWERED THE PHONE BUT NEVER SAID ANYTHIN I TRIED AGAIN NOTHING HAPPENED, AND ON THE 05 JULY AT 14H58-15H00 I CALLED AGAIN THE VERY SAME THING HAPPENED BUT THIS TIME I COULD HEAR AGENTS TALKING AT THE BACKROUND, SO YOUR AGENTS BASICALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND KEEP PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS ON THE LINE KNOWING THAT THEY WILL HANG UP, SO YOU JUST LOST OUT ON A POTENTIAL MEMBER, WHOEVER DOING QUALITY AUDITS PLS BE ADVISED THAT ANY CALL THAT YOU LISTEN TO AND THERE IS A SILENCE KNOW THAT YOUR AGENTS ANSWERS AND NEVER SAY ANYTHING.I HAVE COME TO A CONCLUSION THAT YOUR OVERALL SERVICE IS PATHETIC BEFORE I EVEN JOIN I HAVE THIS PROBLEM.PLEASE LET ONE OF YOUR QUALITY CONTROLLERS CALL ME I WILL GIVE THEM A TIP OF HOW TO CATCH AGENTS THAT ARE RUINING YOUR BUSINESS.
