This has been on going since beginning of January, i have made several attempts to obtain my Dec Invoice and Statement which was not emailed or posted to me.

Up to date I have made 6 phone calls and 3 emails. All of which i get a response saying i will receive it within 24 hours - gee MTN's 24 hours does not add up to my 24 Hours!!
I have gone onto the website which is totally useless as well.
I have been with MTN for over 10 years and find this service completely "PATHETIC".

I cannot understand that a simple request for an Invoice and Statement to be emailed to me, can take so long???

What does it take for one to obtain this???

I actually request a phone call from Management cause trying to get so speak to a Supervisor / Management is impossible as one has to hold on for ten minutes and then to be bounced around from one caller to the next!! - i emailed this and still NO phone call from MTN!!

Both my contracts are coming to an end in March - I think moving to a more suitable cellular network is the thing to do as I feel we are just a number and that a simple request cannot be rendered!
