I just want my invoiced emailed monthly

I have requested that my invoice gets emailed to me on a monthly basis. Every month I have to phone, wait on hold for ages and request it over the phone. Surely this is an automated service that I can simply subscribe to? I am tired of the time and money wasted on all these calls. Please help?
