Hi

I would like to lay a complaint with regards to the contract, account: A4650303 seq no: mv2083788 SALES PERSON CODE :200541

Received the phone and the sim card and nobody explained to me about porting to my number and now receive a sim card and opened it after 3 days and saw a balance of R180.00and now i have 0736509289 and 0605075855 of which i called 080 with the new number 0605075855 trying to explain to them that i need to still use my old number 0736509289 of which they needed to port the new number to the old number 0736509289 please call me i need this sorted out today or else i am cancelling my contract.

I just need to still use my old number so port from 0605075855 to 0736509289, today
