MTN DID NOT MIGRATE ME TO CORRECT CONTRACT

Refer my complaint on 4 July. MTN responded: "We would like advice that this matter is receiving priority attention. We anticipate a resolution of the issues within the shortest period possible, looking at all various alternatives".
On 18 July I received a voice message that I will receive a credit. I then received an account with no credit shown.

I then called MTN and raised my query Reference: 102370839. I asked the operator to get someone to email me to advise what was going on. Subsequently my service has been suspended. I have received no response other than a rude letter demanding a payment for which clearly I am not liable.

MTN neglected to migrate me to the correct contract in March 2013 and are now holding me liable for their error which they have admitted! This is pathetic service. Please get your act together and sort out the problem which you created by not migrating me to my proper contract!
