WASPS DIDNT UNSUBSCRIBE ME AND GOT BILLED!!

A month ago i was subscribed mysteriously to this service. Without my knowledge, i was billed a huge amount in September, thereafter i unsubscribed from this service. I then got billed even more this month for October because of still being subscribed to the service. Nashua Mobile contacted the WASP contact centre, and they said they will investigate. Up until now i have not heard anything yet. I contacted them this morning, 12/11/2013 and they escalated it to Nashua Mobile. Nashua Mobile got back to me saying that "WASPA (the main company) needs to be contacted directly by the client in order to provide you with details on the refund". I want this issue resolved, because i will be forced to lodge a complaint of against the company for billing me without my consent to the service or the billing. I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED TODAY! I AM NOT WAITING ANY LONGER! I WANT MY REFUND!!!
