Following my fiances complaint on HelloPeter regarding my Blackberry z10 issues, he was contacted by an Edward from Cape Town on 2/8/2013. After explaining the situation he promised he would get back to us before end of day..we're still waiting. I have exteded a cell contract, taken a new one and also an adsl line from Telkom. Today I was contacted by the store manageres only to tell my fiance they are not prepared to take the loss on the Blackberry. My fiance asked whether they get training on the various handsets etc and she confirmed they do. Asked then why don't they inform customers or explain to us about these things..abruptly saying why don't we ask. According to consumer protection act it is up to the supplier to inform customers of any issues and explain about the handsets and features..failing to do so would result in breach of contract. I cannot access alot of apps as per the Samsung s4 and had issues with skype as well, only to find that alot of apps are still to be released by Blackberry and feel that I have such an expensive phone but can do more with the 8520 than with the z10. This is so frustrating as all I want is a different handset which will allow me more
