I HAVE TAKEN OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN LAST YEAR IN OCTOBER AND SINCE THEN I HAVE EXCHANGED THE BLACKBERRY BOLD 9790 HANDSET FOR THE SECOND TIME MAKING THIS THE THIRD HANDSET SINCE INCEPTION OF THE CONTRACT.ALL OF THE PHONES THAT I HAVE RECEIVED HAVE HAD SIMILAR OPERATING ISSUES. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND THE CALL WAS DROPPED.IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE TO ME THAT I HAVE TO TAKE MY PHONE ALL THE TIME TO THE REPAIR CENTRE.I WOULD LIKE FOR MTN TO EITHER REPLACE ME WITH ANOTHER BLACKBERRY MODEL BECAUSE THERE IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL.I AM NOW UPSET WITH THE SERVICE THAT I AM RECEIVING. THIS SHOULD BE RESOLVED ASAP OR I WILL CANCEL MY CONTRACT OR REFER TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.
