On 29 July Autopage simply disconnected my line and to date it has not been reconnected. No one can tell me why it was disconnected and promise after promise to re-rica etc and get it running has not taken place.
As Autopage is no longer providing me with the service that I have paid for, I wish to cancel with IMMEDIATE effect. I will take my business to another service provider who can provide me with a working cell number.
As I receive business telephone calls on my number with Autopage I have lost a week's worth of business already and I am not prepared to lose anymore.
Please cancel my contract with immediate effect and re-imburse me for the costs I have paid for the last few days of July and August which I have already paid.
