NO SERVICE FOR 3 DAYS

This been 3 days without any landline & internet connection. When you call to find out when this will be sorted told they can not tell us how long this will take, they busy sorting problem out. Been 3 days how much longer must we wait. If our bill not paid in time you guys are fast to tell us not paid, will be cut our phones and internet. So now what now? We still must pay for service that not giving as any service. How must we read our mail & run business? No feedback givent to us
