Upgraded - Now my number does not exist

My cellphone contract was upgraded in June 2013. Ever since the upgrade I am unable to receive phone calls from Vodacom network users, as the message they get is that the number you have dialed does not exist???
On top of this I also can't receive any text messages, none what so ever.

No one can help me, Vodacom first suspected that it was the phone giving problems, but this was not the case as we test it. I have even done a sim swap (which I had to pay for) and the problem is still not rectified.
I have been paying this contract subscription for 2 months now, without any service.

The contract is on my fiance's name, and his a platinum client of Vodacom and we get this service.

We wanted to upgraded another contract but with the service we are getting we rather want to move all our contracts to another service provider where they want to help us.
