Unauthorised Debit Order for Unauthorised Charges

I initiated a cellphone contract with Altech in August this year and have never had any peace ever since! I used their contract sim for a week and switched to pre-paid immediately thereafter. I NEVER used the contract sim again. My 1st invoice in September came through with a single additional charge of R1018 which I queried but could not get any explanation where the charges were coming from. This charges was supposedly for usage in August. I was told I needed to submit my ID book to the billing dept to request an itemised statement which I did but no one came back to me with feedback. When I received my October bill it had further charges for usage in August and further charges for August still, appeared on my November statement. That has since not been resolved! After fighting this issue and getting no joy, I asked to have my billing method changed from debit order to cash and I was advised by Barbara in the billing dept that all was in order, that for my next bill I will have to do a cash payment. Well that was not the case because the debit order went off my account and it included charges that I'm disputing with Altech! I'm appalled by their service and regret using them!!!
