Promises being made, nothing happens

Good day. I wish to lay a complaint against the competence of the staff in the Middelburg Mall (MP) Branch. We are customers of MTN for OVER 14 YEARS, and on the 22July we (me and my wife) applied for additional contracts for our two boys (8 & 6) for the Galaxy pockets that comes with the cameras. My wife wanted the GalaxyS4 with the Tab (Combo) and the ShareLink E5331 and a BlackBerry Z10. Precious promised us that everything would be there for collection on Friday 26/07. Well, we still have nothing after we went in Yesterday (04/08) because it doesn't help to phone the shop, because NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!! We were told that the S4, the Z10 and the Router was there, but not the Tab. On request to take the phones so long and just wait for the Tab, we were answered in an EXTREMELY RUDE AND DEGRADING MANNER that they cannot supply the goods if everything wasn't there, and the lady just sat there smiling very arrogantly. Be that as it may, my wife tore up the APPROVED CONTRACT, (we had to submit another contract). In this day and age, I SEE THIS AS UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE. We are cancelling our service with MTN because of INCOMPETENCY AND LACK OF INTEREST FROM MTN'S SIDE.
