Delay on Approving Contracts

My Wife has applied for a contract on Friday through the ISTORE at ClearWater Mall. The application is taking too long to process we were told it takes 3 days, the MTN Call Center is quite unhelpful they can't even track the application on their system, We have applied for Contracts with Vodacom and they were approved within a day, if we do not get any joy from MTN we will indeed take up a contract with Vodacom.
