I've been trying to cancel me (Gert 0747358897) and my wife's (Johannie 0828467421) contracts for months now due to bad network coverage and bad service. CellC arrange collection for my (Gert) handset, witch is perfect. I'm battling to arrange collection for my wife's (Johannie) handset. All the correspondence I sent to CellC, included me and wife's details, but they only processed mine. I have phoned them to arrange for my wife's handset to be collected, but they said my wife must phone in to arrange it. CellC made a note on their system for 2 handsets to be collected and that my wife would phone in to arrange collection for her handset. Every time my wife phones in, no one at CellC knows what she's talking about and can't help her. She spoke to Audrey in cancellation dept. where Audrey could also not help her. I phoned again to try and arrange everything and also spoke to Audrey in cancellation dept. where Audrey told me that my wife must phone in herself. Now, my wife did speak to Audrey. Why didn't she help my wife. I need CellC to sort this out ASAP.
