Cell C
Contract Submission Declined (R39!!!)

I went into Cell C wanting to sign up for the BlackBerry Z10 Contract. (R399.00 pm). There seemed to be no problem, the lady at the desk asked for all the paper work that's required. She made me fill out a of a lot of forms. After I was done, she said she's just going out back to phone who ever confirms the application, to see if I'm approved. There was never once mentioned to me that this wasn't a done deal. I thought I would get the phone??? After about 20mins I asked what's going on, they said I should go and do some other business in the mall they would call me in the next 15mins and tell me if I was approved or not. So I left and continued with my other business and about an hour and a half later, still no response from Cell C. I decided to go back into the branch. They said I was approved but not for the phone that I wanted, the phone that I wanted was only R39 more than what they approved me for!

I really think this is utterly pathetic and unprofessional! I was under the false impression that i would get the phone and I wasted time after they said they would let me know I had to go back into the branch. Well and me being declined for R39! I'm disgusted with Cell C!
