Poor feedback an non existing contact numbers

I first contacted Nashua Mobile Cavendish last week Wednesday at 9:00 in the morning only to be told that there were no sale people to assist me but that somebody will contact me.By 16:00 there where still no phone call or response.

I then phoned the National contact number on the Thursday and selected the option that took me through to upgrades. There I spoke to a consultant by the name of Jacob Letwala.

Jacob was very friendly and assisted me with my upgrade. He assured me that they had plenty of stock. I asked him if it would be possible for him to arrange that I collect the new handset from the Canal Walk branch on Sunday the 3rd of August and Jacob confirmed that this will be possible.

I tried to phone Canal Walk on the Saterday and again on the Sunday morning on the contact number provided on the Nashua Mobile website. Each time I got transferred to a call centre in Bloemfontein - non of the consultants could confirm if the phone was packed and ready for collection.

I then drove the 40km to Canal Walk yesterday only to be told by Dominic that the phone was not there and that they had no other units in stock.

Still no word from the branch/Jacob on when it will be ready?
