Mtn promise great customer service and all i have got is the worst ever, i have been calling since yesterday to sort out my account ans i have lodge a compliant and no one gets back to you. Then finally after holding for 10 minutes someone answers, keep in mind i have been calling since yesterday. The guy on the line sorts out my problem, but now i am getting billed a penalty fee. Its 11.40 not the point of the amount but its the point of MTN getting back to the client, if i had the opportunity i would cancel my contract and go to anther service provider, and i will be reading the consumer act as i feel mistreated and disregarded as a MTN client
