Good Day

To whom decides or feels like reading this email.

On the 31.01.2014 and the 1.02.2014 I sent an SMS with the world help to 32541' got an SMS back saying They will call me back. I am still waiting for that call.

I have also emailed them 2 times, after holding for 32min asking them to call me back due to that I have a problem on my line, the only email I got back saying "we are sorry next time, but next time please send an SMS with the word HELP to 32541... bla, bla, bla.

The best one is that they said they are open 24/7, but when I try to call its says they are closed from a certain time and they will re-open as from... bla, bla, bla. If this how they treat a brand new client, then I don't want to know how the rest of my stay will be with them... I am disgusted.

Now they say it will take 14 days for them to move me over from Telekom, then they say I need to call telkom to sort the problem out, but I ask is my service provider Telkom or Afrihost?

The worst I still don't have internet connection, so please Afrihost if you want to keep me as a client sort this out. If not let me know, so I will move to another service provider.
