No Delivery of the stock -but money being deducted

On 26th of April I enquired about the Samsung Galaxy SIII mini smartphone Samsung Galaxy Tab;
On the same day, Stephanie sends me forms to fill in. On 3rd May I send through the completed forms. On 7th May I enquire about feedback and receive an apology because the mail was stuck at the server; On 9th May I am advised that contract is auto approved and my package will be delivered in Richards Bay. On 10th May I call Stephanie to get some clarifications about this auto approval and why Richards Bay when I'm in Cape Town. She apologises and I asked her to send it to TygerValley. On 21st May I enquire about delivery. On 24th May I enquire where the package was delivered. On the same day I am forward an incorrect form to complete. On 27th May I enquire why I must fill in the form and I am advised that it was sent to me by mistake and that my package was sent to TygerValley on 09th May. I waited and waited for TygerValley to confirm that I must pick up the parcel, no phone call. On 6th June I get a statement and invoice from Nashua (how did this happen if I have not taken delivery???) To cut it short, Nashua is deducting my money since June, R1, 100 (total) they keep on apologisin
