My internet on my phone has been off since last night. So I call Cell C this morning to find out what is going on. The girl who answers rambles off firstly like she is reading a script telling me that it will be on at about 12. which I accept. after 12pm, I call back and another girl Lerato tells me the same thing. she tells me she will transfer me to Technical (Bearing in mind, at this point I am completely angry already) where some gentleman tells me that the problem is in Margate and not jhb..?? I am calling cell C FROM MY FREAKIN CELLPHONE and this guy wants me to do a manual setup on the device THAT I AM SPEAKIN ON??? really??? what is the point of me as a client, calling you for assistance when all I get is 1) a clear picture of lack of Communication in your organisation (A COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY?? really) and 2) attitude from the man I spoke to in technical..
