I was told by MTN that they would be in contact with me in regards to my no service complaint. the issue was escalated it is now 3 days later and no one has been in contact with me. What purpose is giving a 2 year warranty with a handset with service like this. I expect this to now be sorted out ASAP as I am still sitting with the faulty handset.
