Good day

My contract expired in January. I called in to cancel the contract and was told this was done. I have not received any credit for February but an amount was deducted from my bank account on the 28th Feb. Also, the amount deducted was more than what my contract premium was.

Please explain what happened and please refund me for the amount deducted because I did not receive any value for the amount deducted.
