Refund fot money deducted

On 28th of July 2013 cell c deducted wrong amount from my account, and no consultant can help me and told me she doesn't know what to say to me!! Really bad service for someone that's working for the company! I would like the refund cause they say i signed for that amount and the contract that i signed says another amount!!!
