I am immigrating overseas and wrapping up cellphone contracts is just one more thing on my list to do. I phoned Autopage to find out how to go about cancelling. The first time I had a very rude gentleman who sounded like he couldn't be bothered to assist. Not great. Then I phoned again. At first I got a woman who told me what I was asking was impossible and that I would need to find a way to phone in from the other side of the world. When I told her that that wasn't great service, she simply transferred me to Accounts - the complete wrong department. From Accounts I was transferred back to Cancellations where thank goodness May answered the phone. WOW! First she listened to my situation, was patient, and instantly had a solution. She explained exactly what I needed to do and also how to go about it. Her tone was helpful and her attitude was what you expect. All I can say Autopage is that you better value your staff like May because if it wasn't for her, this would most definitely be a complaint rather than a compliment!
