After Contract Ended, Still being Debited

So i logded a complaint on Hello Peter, about Cell C not cancelling my Contract, they replied, and a lady by the name of Ayanda contacted me, and sorted out the cancellation, i asked her if i was going to be debited on the 1 August, she said no, because i had payed for july and received my amount of airtime (Top Up contract), Low and behold, This Morning Cell C deducts R250 from my account, I try and call Ayanda, 10 Time, the phone just rings, so i call the Call Centre, Wait for 10 minutes before a consultant (Zolie Mhiga) picks up, i explain my problem, 5 times, he s does not seem to understand me, he starts talking to his Team Leader (with out putting me on hold), who say how can he believe that the money came off my account, Zolie's comes back, thells me he cant help me and will ask his team leader to pass my matter to accounts dep, i was still talking to him, when he drop the call on me...

Lets see if i get a call to resolve this matter...

P.s... Train your consultant to work with the problem, and listen to what is been said, and try and come up with a solution, not speak over the client
And Get New Team Leaders...
