Good day,
I was extremely shocked at the rude service I received today when I called Autopage East Rand Mall. I phoned to enquire whether they had stock of a certain phone and was abruptly told 'No'. When I proceeded to ask when they would be receiving stock I was arrogantly told they already had a waiting list of 40 people. This did not answer my question. I then attempted to ask further questions but it was very clear the sales person was not interested in helping me. The issue is not that they did not have stock, the issue is how I was told and the tone used. I was spoken to as if the sales person thought I was asking a stupid question. She simply should have answered "Unfortunately we do not have stock and at the moment our waiting list is very long". Instead she chose a rude and arrogant tone which I found highly offensive. Unfortunately I did not get her name but I am sure she will remember the call as I phoned after 5pm today 27/05/13. I am not really sure what outcome my complaint will receive but I feel it necessary that such bad service is dealt with correctly. I will most definitely not be taking any of my business to this service provider.
