Om-plaint, i have tried calling your call centre 3 time and waited for over 20 mins each time.
Cellc cell number 0846810790, Notice was sent on the 19th of july about cancellation of debit order details.
As discussed with your call centre agents, and requested confirmation and settlement amount on Monday the 29th July 2013.
As per my email to the cancellation of debit order i am holding you liable for the costs incurred at standard bank for the in correct debit.

please ensure some one calls me on my vodacom number. preferably who will sort this issue out.
