Cancellation of contract dispute

On the 25th of June 2013 I terminated my CellC contract at the V&A Waterfront CT store after having paid my R531.07 termination fee at Nedbank Waterfront on the same day (deposit slip:54977141 :169945:). I was assured that the cancellation form would be faxed directly to CellC accounts/cancellations and that I would not have any further hassles once I leave South Africa for an extended period of time. On July1st I left South Africa. My SA phone has been deactivated ever since. Needless to say, since then CellC has continued to debit my bank account, and after no response to my emails to the CellC customer service email contact, I had to request a debit order cancellation from my bank (and we all know that it comes with a fee). CellC still continues to debit my account every month, and my bank continues to reverse the debit order deduction every month as a "dispute". As I mentioned, I am abroad and cannot march to the CellC store concerned or Head Office if need be to directly confront this most annoying situation. I am at my wits end with CellC and their bad and unethical accounts processing.
