My phone call credit

I travel a lot overseas. When away I am extremely careful not to Use my Vodacom phone to avoid high costs, however I constantly get unsolicited call centre calls identifying themselves as Vodacom staff. If I answer these calls I am charged a roaming charge.. If I let them go voicemail I get charged. Yesterday my account balance went down by R100 from 3 unsolicited calls! This is a gross misuse and breach of trust, and in any other business would be construed as! My call credits are from me by Vodacom each time they call, and their system knows I am on roaming because it keeps sending me roaming texts! How can I stop this crime! I never want to receive an unsolicited call. This month over R500 in total has been taken from my account.
