I phone the beginning of October 2013 to change my banking details. I followed up closer to the end of the month and was advised it was not changed. The consultant changed the details but could not put the debit order through. I advised I would make a cash payment which was done. NOW, CellC send me messages everyday that I owe for the debit order not going through. I have also phone twice this month to explain the issue and sent emails but still receive sms's every day to pay the money for the returned debit order!!!

CellC should give reference numbers so one can follow up on poor performance and agent not doing their work.
This is one of the issue that is making me cancel my 5 lines as their contract come up for renewal. You are no longer treated as a valued customer but just a number on the network.
