Cell C
Cant do anything about it

My cellphone contract account was debited with extra R78 of which cell c said its for get it. they said they cant do anything about it except give me Get it contact details. why did they allow get it to debit my account on their name? why did not they asked for my consent before debiting such account? i have even ask for Get it FSP number which cell c do not even know. it just want my money credited back into my account and cell c said they do not/ will not be able to credit my account get it must. funny part is my account read cell c not get it.
