Worst upgrade experience eve

When I went for my upgrade Kate could not tell me anything about the phone I was interested in and she did not have the necessary knowledge or skills to help me set-up my phone. I had to go to an MTN shop where they advised me that I would need another sim card, which is smaller. I had to go all the way back to Kollenade and I had to pay for a new sim. Then when my phone was eventually connected the coverage was worse that that of my bb. I kept on missing important phone calls etc. Then I had to take my phone back again for them to have a look at it. They are suppose to have a 7-day return back policy but they did not want to replace my phone and it was sent in for repairs. It has been two weeks now. On Sat I went there to find out what is going on. Megan said that she was going to find out. After 30-minutes of waiting we asked her collage to ask her to phone us back with news. One and half hour later when we did not hear anything from her we went back to the shop and she left for the day without coming back to me. I would like to cancel this upgrade and I want all my monies refunded. I am moving to Cell C. I want this sorted out today.
