After several complaints, fault logging, pushing the buck. Yet again I have been caught by Telkom. My internet drop and re-connect, wi-fi not connecting I took the time to go to Telkom Witbank where I was promptly helped to the callcentre phone. The person was very helpfull and understanding and a fault logged. A technician will be send. Lucas the tech arrive the same day to inspect my line and show the fault is definitely not the line. Event though I have changed my router 3 times and move from service provider for internet twice. I was expecting it to be a line fault as it has been installed in 1995. So my ref 3316951 was issued and IT will call me within 24/48 houers. It is 72hour ago. According the CPA, it is fair to say, that since I do not receive what I am paying for I can cancel my new 24months contract and see it as breach of contract on Telkoms part. I currently pay R596 pm for a 3mb line, 10gb internet. I pay monthly. Because of their poor service I do not have access nearly 30% of the time and my Wi-fi service is lost 60% of the time and exceptionally slow the other times. I would be interested to see when they will reset yet again. Excuses, and Resetters
