Utterly Disgusted: Line I cancelled not Cancelled

On 15 Oct I contacted Vodacom and requested my second line to be cancelled. I ended up posting a comment on Hello Peter. The person that contacted me back assured me that it would be done. I will not be invoiced for the contract at the end of the month.
The person that contacted me back NEVER CANCELLED THE CONTRACT AS REQUESTED.
The call center informed me at the End on Dec they can not even trace who dealt with the query.

I WANT MY SECOND LINE CANCELLED AND MOVED TO PREPAID TODAY!!! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE END OCT. I ENDED UP PAYING EXTRA 3 MONTHS

WHY WHEN YOU UP THE CLIENT HAS TO END UP PAYING. I DO NOT CARE IF I RECEIVED TOP UP MINUTES FOR THAT LINE I WANT THE LINE MOVED TO PREPAID AND I DO NOT WANT TO LOOSE THE AIRTIME THAT IS STILL AVAILABLE ON THAT LINE
