Poor signal and unhappy customer

Today I am a very unhappy customer.

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for the better part of 14 yrs & for the last 3 yrs have been making use of their 3G data contracts as part of my business. I renewed & upgraded my data contracts several months ago and ever since I have had poor connectivity. I have not moved office so it makes no sense why my connectivity would suddenly get worse? I have been struggling with this for several mnths and complaining to Vodacom at their branches and no one has been able to assist with the problem. When my 3G does decide to connect I can't open my web browser windows and yet it shows me that it is USING data even though I'm not able to open anything? Or even better when I get a connection it kicks me off every 5 seconds! This is unacceptable! I can't do my work or respond to mails and it is now beyond frustrating!! Why should I be paying for data that I can't use?

I am annoyed and very disappointed in Vodacom and all I want now is to cancel all my contracts! In fact I tried calling Vodacom's cancellations number and cannot get through to anyone and I am tired of hanging on for 10mins at a time. It has been an absolute waste of my time.
