Sent handset for repair twice. Problem not solved. Third time they say i must pay. Report this on hellopeter. They contact me to say wrong warranty date was logged by their staff. This after i am told at branch damage was due to abuse. Sent for repair another two times unsuccessfully. When i demand new phone after running back and forth for six months without the handset for which i am paying, Veruschka tells me to rather forward my queries to someone else. Another three weeks go by and i eventually get given a "new" handset. The home button was faulty since i removed it from the broken box in which i recieved it. No accesories in box, just handset on its own. WHAT NOW!
