Refuse to repair a phone full report

My phone was not
charging, I had difficulty inserting the charger from the day I bought it.

Rsponse from vodacom: Regarding your handset with IMEI number 351515057701312, the assessment was done by Vodacom Repairs Polokwane. The handset was deemed BER (Beyond Economical Repair) due to the charging socket which was damaged.

Vodacom Repairs Head Office is governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions when dealing with a repair or replacement of a handset. If there is damage, the handset will be out of warranty as per the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
