Handset repair - 10 weeks and still not repaired

I took my Handset to MTN Rustenburg Mall for repairs on the 28 Feb 2013

After 10 weeks, (after promised that it takes only max. 6 weeks) the Handset is returned still not repaired, the reason: the Handset is no longer under Warranty, I need to pay an amount of R430-00 in order to get it repaired again. The contract only expires at the end of August 2013. The counter person could not provide valid reasons for their POOR service. I am still stuck with my broken Handset

I had to stand in their long queues (30 minutes) during 3 different occasions to inquire about my broken Handset.
