STILL UNDER WARRANTY

My Backberry 8520, reported it faulty on the scroll button, which I was told it is the track pad not working, It is under warranty, as Blackberry give you 12 months warranty and Mtn carries the further 12 months, because they dicovered that the volume button is also faulty they refuse to repair the handset, and wants me to bear the cost of R1189-00, I contacted them and said they must repair the trackpad which is under warranty they refuse to repair, and therefore sending the handset back to the shop where I reported it a I rejected to pay the cost. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as my warranted expires on the 22nd July 2013 .
