I paid my account on 25/07 at 08/05. I faxed the proof of payment to them. Friday I phoned to find out why my account is not activated - I was requested to email my payment to them and that my account will be activated the same day. Saturday and Sunday I made 3 phonecalls each day, spoke to a supervisor who would call me back after his discussed the activation with his manager. Monday I had to call back again, spoke to 3 different people, each logging a new call so this prolongs this whole process. After loosing my cool I was informed that they will definitely look into this matter - I threatened them with Hello. Peter and within 20 minutes or so, my lines were activated. Why do we have to go to such an extreme in order to get the service we pay for? After the connection they called me back to ask if I could please write a follow-up to say that the lines are activated. Uhhhh - not after such bad service. I really hope that people read Hello. Peter before they use the different service providers.
