My line was suspended on Thursday, 25 July 2013... I paid my account in FULL on the 25 July 2013.
Faxed the proof of payment (don't know why???)
Friday still no phone... Phoned them so I had to email the proof of payment and on Saturday my line was activated again.
Wonderful...??? There is only one problem!!!
I have ONE contract with 8ta... but its TWO NUMBERS.
One number was activated, the other number is still suspended.

Since Saturday I have been phoning Call Centre, same story they will make a note on the case (Case Number: 6407437). Sunday still nothing!! Yesterday Morning still nothing!! Yesterday Afternoon still nothing!! This morning still nothing!!! I have been on the phone since Saturday??? Great Customer Service I tell you!

Tell me how is it possible to only make one line active??? But its ONE CONTRACT with TWO NUMBERS???
