JOKE OF THE YEAR

Vodacom what a joke!!! Do you know the word SERVICE??? Well the 3 last calls I had with vodacom DATA was a joke!!! Sorry to say but you do not know who to treat and talk to customers!!! My data is gone so I phoned in the complain. First they think we are DUMB and then the system does not work the next phone call I was promised to be phoned back...??? and this morning he was so P... Off it seems he was not in the mood for work (THEY ALL WERE) and guess what then I was told they have 24 hours??? WE are not dumb!!! And we pay you salary's!!! We are the costumers treat us with respect!!! Service rating -NONE SERVICE!!!
