I de-activated my Top tv Subscription in January (repeats, repeats, repeats) and today I decided to reconnect, I paid @ 8:20am using easy pay, this afternoon I call the call centre to activate my account and I'm told to call back tomorrow when payment reflects (never have I had to wait 24 hrs before) but yes today that is what I was told, I ask to speak to someone in charge, I was assisted by a very helpfull Chester, who said I should email him proof of payment and call back within ten minutes, when I call back the consultant tells me I must not call them, they will call me. Now I know why I de-activated my account, I wonder if I should change to the competitor? Unhappy with Top tv.
