8ta or iphone5

My word...! Really disappointed! I'm not too sure of the problem is this 8ta network- dnt think I would be having this problem with my previous network, or the Iphone5, but I've had it now! People send me messages and I respond but none of them ever get my messages and this has been happening ever since I got this phone! And each time I call the 8ta call centre these stupid agents tell me that I'm not the only person with this problem, as if that will make me feel better! it, it's been over 4 months! Come on Iphone5 and 8ta...! for days! And oh restarting my phone doesn't work anymore!
