The technicians came out to me on Thursday

While they were there they conducted network test
And at the time it was working

I showed the technician photos of the problem
Which I can gladly email to you

Later that evening... I experienced the same problem

The technician Explained that they have the same problem with 6 other iphone5 users
The technician explained that if the problem persist over the weekend
It is definitely not the network but a problem with the phone

If u cannot replace the phone
Then cancel my contract
