Unacceptable network service

I am at my wits end!
Cell c has the most APPALLING network service that I have ever experienced. My phone is pretty much useless most of the time. When I am in a mall (where evidently a lot of people are using the network) I won't receive any incoming messages or calls at all. Occasionally I receive the messages very late, such as when I leave the mall. Also during the day, it is impossible most of the time to send any messages that use data because the network is fluctuating so badly (i.e the 3G and signal symbols on my phone are actually flashing) that messages don't go through until much later. The same problem occurs with messages coming in. It has been such a problem to try and make plans with people when my messages either don't go through or I don't receive messages on time.
To top it off, when I am making a call, after a few minutes I get kicked off the network!!!

This is entirely unacceptable and I consider it a breach of contract because I am paying you people to provide this service which you are NOT supplying.
