SHOCKING CUSTOMER TREATMENT!!!

I would like to express my utter DISGUST at your accounts department and its communication methods regarding my query and in its total inapt response.
last month i was assured by your accounts manager who apologized profusely at my service suspension and i would no longer be harassed into taking on a debit order agreement.
I was also assured it would be fine to continue paying by EFT as i have been doing for the past 8 or so years.
well again this month i was harassed and threatened by suspension if i did not pay.
YOU PEOPLE have also chosen to ignore a request by VODACOM to have my number Ported to another service provider!!!
I will be lodging a formal complaint to this effect with vodacom.
I have a string of automated responses from yourselves on these issues going back 3 months and incompetent responses from autopage.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY!!

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!
