Deafening silence on LTE complaint

About a month ago I bought an LTE modem with data bundles etc. from 8ta Woodlands Boulevard after they confirmed that I have concentrate. Needless to say, their coverage map doesn't reflect reality. I logged a call, reference number 3974995. Ever since I have failed to get ANY response from them, while I could have gone to another operator with proven coverage.
